The rules for using odtoe.org and for reusing its content
1. Who operates this site
odtoe.org (and its mirrors odtoe.com, odtoe.ru) is an independent research project maintained by Anton Pankratov, publishing the Observer-Dependent Theory of Everything (ODTOE) — a theoretical-physics framework treating the observer as a structural part of physical reality. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Content license: free to use, citation required
All original content published on this site — articles, blog posts, formulas, glossary entries, and videos — is released under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0). This means you may:
- copy, redistribute, and republish the material in any medium or format;
- translate it into other languages;
- adapt, remix, and build upon it;
- use it for any purpose, including commercial use.
…provided you give appropriate credit. The required citation is: Pankratov A., "Observer-Dependent Theory of Everything (ODTOE)", odtoe.org, <year of publication or access>. Include, where practical, a working link back to the original page on odtoe.org. Attribution should not suggest the author endorses your use or derivative work.
This license covers the substance of ODTOE's ideas and text. It does not extend to:
- the names "ODTOE" and "Observer-Dependent Theory of Everything" as identifiers of this project and its author (use them to cite the source, not to imply a different origin);
- third-party material embedded on the site (e.g. YouTube-hosted videos), which remains subject to its original owner's terms;
- the site's software, design, and layout, which are not part of the licensed content.
3. Nature of the content
ODTOE is an ongoing, independent theoretical research program. Articles and blog posts on this site present hypotheses, formal models, and their author's interpretation of published science — they are offered for scientific discussion, not as settled, peer-reviewed consensus, and not as medical, financial, legal, or engineering advice. Where the site discusses real-world technology, economics, or health topics (e.g. energy systems, longevity), treat the figures and conclusions as illustrative reasoning, not a recommendation to act — verify independently before making decisions based on them.
4. Using the site
You are free to browse, read, watch, and share links to this site. Please don't:
- scrape or bulk-download the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors;
- use automated means to misrepresent this content as your own original research without attribution (see Section 2);
- attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.
Links to third-party platforms (YouTube, Telegram, ORCID, the author's personal domains) are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave odtoe.org.
5. No warranty, limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content.
6. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated as the site and project evolve. The current version always applies; material changes will be reflected by an updated date below.
